  • Perishable Goods (Food/Flowers): Must be stored appropriately upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.
  • Risk: Goods become your responsibility once delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-Perishables: You may cancel Orders within 14 days of delivery (unopened and unused). See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Perishables (Food/Flowers): No returns unless damaged/defective at delivery (report within 2 days).
  • Hygiene Products (Pads): Opened items cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (logos, text, images) is owned by Daily Goods Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for:
  • Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits).
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g.,
